About Us
Central Marlborough
Our holiday home is a Grade 2 Listed property and therefore has loads of character features, with large fireplaces, sash windows, exposed beams and quarry tiled hearths. It's at least 200 years old, but we think we have the best of both worlds with modern fixtures in a character house.
The house is perfect for a get together with family or a retreat from busy day to day life. You are in the centre of town and may use the wifi, so you can escape from the city but continue working if you wish.
The space
There are 5 large bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. There is a spacious dining room, and a separate large fully equipped kitchen with seating around the granite island.
You can relax together in the characterful snug with a beautiful rich leather suite and stunning exposed brick wall. A second living room is located at the other end of the house with TV/DVD player and games - perfect for the kids!
Outside space
French doors from the kitchen and snug lead to the patio, perfect for dining al fresco. The garden extends 20m and being south facing, catches the sun at various times of the day. Free parking is available in the garage forecourt.
Marlborough Summer School
We can provide accommodation for the prestigious Marlborough College’s annual summer school. Book Sunday to Friday and receive 10% discount during summer school July and August 2023
