Terms and Conditions
A refundable security and key deposit of £300 per book is required to be paid.
In making a booking, you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agreed to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
We do not accept pets with the exception of assistance animals with submission of evidence of status.
No additional guests may enter the premises above the stated number of guests at time of booking.
No electric scooters or bicycles may be brought into the property or charged at the property.
Respect our neighbours - no noise nuisance especially after 11pm.
Check in time - after 3pm.
Check out time - before 10am.
Limit of liability
The agent or owner cannot accept responsibility or liability for any alterations, delay, or cancellation or any other loss or damage caused by war, civil strife, terrorist action, industrial disputes, fire, sickness, bad weather, epidemic, act of any government or public authority, or any other events outside our control.
Our maximum liability for losses you suffer as a result of us acting in breach of your booking is strictly limited to the amount received by us in relation to your booking.
